The B&B is located in Castellammare di Stabia, in a wonderful park dominated by the historic Villa of Prince Lieven, the Russian ambassador at the Bourbons court in Naples. Villa Lieven and its park are one of the casine di delizia (houses of delight) of the Quisisana hill, since the end of the eighteenth century. The park was visited by famous people as the Russian tsarina, Prince Umberto I of Savoy, and his wife Margherita. In 1893, the villa became the hotel “Du Parc”.
The B&B’s guests have a reserved outside space to enjoy a relaxing breakfast under the date palms and the oranges with a panoramic view of the garden and the pool. The private pool only is great to enjoy some relaxing swimming at any time.
The breakfast buffet delights the guests with traditional, delicious products as orange and lemon juices (from the park’s orchard), and homemade cakes, typical of the Sorrento peninsula. The park has a very proud uniqueness record for its ancient trees and rare plants, like Malenca Brasiliensis, date palms, redwoods, and Ginkgo Biloba. Du Parc Boutique Hotel is located in an ideal position to enjoy the timeless wonders of Pompei and the Stabiae’s digs. The B&B is located on the Sorrento coast road, a few minutes away from Pompei (15 min.), Sorrento (20 min.), Positano (40 min.), Naples (20 min.), and Salerno (35 min.)
The guests will enjoy some relax on the hill area of Castellammare di Stabia, a foot away from the city’s center.
